These Terms & Conditions govern the online tuition services (the "Service") provided by Bharathi Prime Tutoring (the "Tutoring Agency") to users (the "User" or "Student"). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
The Tutoring Agency offers personalized online tuition services, including, but not limited to, tutoring in academic subjects such as mathematics, science, language arts, test preparation, and more. Online sessions are conducted via virtual platforms (e.g., video calls, screen sharing, etc.), while in-person sessions are arranged at mutually agreed locations, as specified in the service agreement.
The User agrees to pay the Tutoring Agency for services rendered, as specified in the service agreement. Fees may be structured on an hourly basis, per-session basis, or in packages, and must be paid according to the agreed-upon schedule. All payments must be made via the payment methods outlined on our website.
Late Payments: In the event of a missed or delayed payment, a late fee may apply, and access to sessions may be suspended until payment is received in full.
Both parties agree to keep all information shared during the tutoring sessions confidential, including but not limited to academic records, personal details, and any proprietary educational materials provided. This confidentiality obligation remains in effect unless disclosure is required by law or written consent is provided by the User.
Any educational content, materials, or resources created or provided by the Tutoring Agency during the course of the tutoring sessions remain the property of the Tutoring Agency. The User agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written permission.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments for services rendered up until the termination date are due immediately. If the User wishes to reschedule or cancel a session, at least 24 hours’ notice is required to avoid being charged for the session.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue through mediation or informal negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or in connection with these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Cumming, Georgia.
The Tutoring Agency reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website, and the User will be notified of significant changes via email or on the website. Continued use of the services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
